Running successful retail Minilab businesses. We still do today! When we opened our first Minilab store over 18 years ago in a location far west of civilisation (read London) the support and knowledge base available to us was very limited. We quickly realised not to rely on others, especially companies that operated “ivory tower” principles. One of our founders Darryle Langford Snr had a traditional engineering background and had previously been the master of a successful tool setting and design company. Very quickly the rapidly expanding Retail chain had an equally expanding support company to rely on. Soon many other businesses also requested Fastlabs services. The company then split into Retail; Speedy Prints and Support & Sales; Fastlab UK. Fastlab UK now owns its own Refurbishment factory site and stores for minilabs, Parts and Accessories, has a network of onsite and field based engineers and a reputation for care and competentness.
